Terms and Conditions

Repair Services are undertaken strictly on cash basis unless otherwise stated

2. Tech at Work shall not be responsible nor liable for any loss or damage however caused arising from force majeure, fire, accident, damage during transport, or any circumstances beyond its control

3. Parts replaced or repaired for which payment has been received are warranted under normal use for two (2) months from date of invoice, unless otherwise stated

4. Any replaced part or repaired item which remains unpaid shall remain the property of Tech at Work until full payment has been received

5. Goods will be returned only upon presentation of our Service Order Form

6. Tech at Work reserves the right to impose storage charges for goods not collected two (2) weeks after notification for collection has been made to customer

7. After notification has been made to customer, either verbally, electronically or in writing, and if the goods have not been collected after 2 months, Tech at Work reserves the right to dispose the item as it deems fit and no claims whatsoever shall be entertained

8. Tech at Work reserves the right to not effect the repair or service for whatsoever reason (e.g. required parts for repair cannot be obtained) and shall not be liable for any loss of use of the item, for the entire period that the item under repair is with the company.
